Investment Opportunity: Brave and the Bold #28 for Sale, CGC 6.5

We have a really lovely-looking, universal graded (unrestored) BB28 for sale, just back from CGC!

The cover has super-bright colors.

Sales have been strong since 2013, when the movie smoke became so thick it was obvious there was fire to follow.

Why This is a Good Investment Opportunity

• Relatively few in the marketplace (548 copies graded) compared to other Silver keys like Incredible Hulk #1 (1200 copies graded) or Amazing Fantasy #15 (2400 copies graded)
• The movie is still a long way off, scheduled for release in 2017, with lots of actors and other announcements to come, which tend to drive up the price of movie tie-in key books
• Still has room to grow, even though the 6.5 price has more than doubled in under two years
• Breaks the psychologically important FINE barrier (6.0), beyond which keys jump exponentially in value

Scarcity of BB28

This Silver Age DC mega-key is a pretty scarce book. Even with the movie flushing out plenty of new-to-market copies, there are only 548 unrestored examples in the census.

Only 25 examples have CGC 6.5 grade, with 70 higher graded copies in the census. That puts this book in the top 15 percent of known copies.
