I have a copy of The Amazing Spider-Man #256. Value it please?

Editor's reply: Sadly, it's not worth a huge amount. In actually mint condition (CGC 9.8) about $70, but getting it graded will cost you half that amount!

There are a couple of minor key issues of the Amazing Spider-Man comic:

Amazing Spider-Man #238 is the first appearance of the Hobgoblin, worth around $400 in 9.8

Amazing Spider-Man #239 is the second appearance of the Hobgoblin, worth around $180 in 9.8

Amazing Spider-Man #252 is Spidey's black costume, first time worn (he got it in Marvel Super-Heroes Secret Wars #8), worth around $220 in 9.8
