Batman Comic #200 Value?

Wondering what this might be worth. It has some staining (maybe water staining) on the back.

Editor's reply: Thanks for writing Jasmine. This is a strange one. The value of this comic book has been falling in higher grades.

For example, in CGC 9.6 grade, two copies sold in 2011 for an average price of $725. In 2012, one sold for $575. Four sales average $595 in 2012.

However, your book looks to be a 7.0 (solid upper mid grade), and the news there is better. You could have bought one in 2011 for a shade under $40, and they are now changing hands for around $80.
