Hi! I have a newspaper cut out of a 1957 Archie comic. What makes this strip seem unique to me is the subject matter. There's been speculation about Archie and Jughead before, could this be their first kiss in print? Thanks!

Editor's reply: Hi Andrea, thanks for writing. Almost impossible to assign a value to this. People don't really collect strips cut from publications, they tend to collect the entire.

I can't really speculate about the first kiss. Would any Archie collectors care to comment? According to Wikipedia, their first kiss appears in Jughead Jones Digest #1, but those are reprints of earlier comics...
