I found this comic on eBay India and wondered whether I had done well, paying RS250 (a little under $5) for this?

Editor's reply: Generally, apart from US-issued comics, there is very little price information, and interest, in comic books.

Local markets have their collectors, of course, so you'll find UK buyers for UK comics, and I'm sure the same is true of Indian comics.

However, there are plenty of these comics on eBay India; they don't seem to be finding buyers at a quick rate.

Of course, Superman and Batman comics do always have fans around the world.

The smart money, unfortunately, is to buy US editions of comic books. No matter how rare something is, if nobody wants to buy it, then the value, short- or long-term, won't be there.
