Marvel Super-Heroes Comic Price Guide
The series which launched the careers of Captain Marvel, Guardians of the Galaxy and Carol Danvers (becomes Ms. Marvel) has become increasingly popular in recent times.
There is an "annual" published in 1966 as #1, which is listed here for simplicity.
The earlier issues are over-sized and tough to find in high grade.
We present record sales and minimum values for each of the key issues.
Later stories were reprints. There are a few with higher values, and we break those out for you.
Finally, there are several series published in the 1980s and 1990s with the same title. We show you the valuable issues from those later series below as well.

The original run of Marvel Super-Heroes ended in 1982. But there have been other series with the same title that are worth mentioning here.
The most important is Secret Wars from 1984, famously one of the titles which first introduced the Symbiote costume (black Spider-Man to you and me).
But there are some other important issues in this series too.

The Symbiote eventually becomes Venom, which is why this (and the other key Symbiote books which appeared during 1984) are such a big deal.
The first appearance books are Marvel Team-Up Comics #141 and Amazing Spider-Man #252.
The first appearance of Venom in cameo was Amazing Spider-Man #299, and full appearance in Amazing Spider-Man #300.
Marvel Super Heroes v2 #8 Winter Special
First Appearance of Squirrel Girl
Record Sale: $380

Originally created as a bit of a joke character, Squirrel Girl grew in popularity with graphic novels being sold to school children.
She is now a member of the Avengers.
