Spider-Woman (link to Wikipedia) has been associated with several Marvel comics characters:
Jessica Drew
After first appearing in Marvel Spotlight #32 in 1977, the original Spider-Woman starts her own ongoing series Spider Woman comics (1978-1983) with 50 issues. In 2006, Jessica Drew receives a re-vamp in Spider-Woman: Origin (5 issues) where her origin story is retold, contradicting previous versions.
Hailing from the British Isles, Jessica Drew was genetically enhanced and given super-powers by the criminal organization HYDRA, for whom she became an assassin as Spider-Woman. She later reformed, becoming a SHIELD agent as well as a member of the Avengers in the New Avengers (Vol. 1 48).
Julia Carpenter
The second Spider-Woman, also known as Arachne and the second Madame Web, first appeared in Secret Wars vol. 1 #6 (1984), making a first full appearance in Secret Wars #7 (1984).
Unwittingly, Julia became a test subject for a secret government super-soldier program. After being injected with spider venom and exotic plant extracts, she gained powers similar to those of Spider-Man (Spider-Woman Vol 2 #2, 1993).
Mattie Franklin
First appeared in Spectacular Spider-Man #262 (1998). After her father’s refusal to participate, Mattie Franklin took part in the arcane ritual called the Gathering of the Five. In doing so, she received superpowers which she then would put to good use disguised as her then-retired role-model, Spider-man (Amazing Spider-Man #441, 1998).
Charlotte Witter
After being mutated into a human/spider hybrid by Doctor Octopus, she becomes an antagonist who attempts to destroy Spider-Man. First appears in The Amazing Spider-Man vol. 2, #5 (1999).
Veranke
Queen of the Skrull empire and main antagonist of Secret Invasion impersonates Jessica Drew in New Avengers #1 (2005).
Gwen Stacy
Residing on Earth-65, she is an alternate-version of Gwen Stacy who, is this universe, is bitten by a radioactive spider and becomes a superheroine instead of Peter Parker becoming Spider-Man.
Before being known colloquially as Spider-Gwen, she first appeared as Spider-Woman in Edge of Spider-Verse #2 (2014).
