Tales Of Suspense #52 Value: this copy looks very clean, probably about a 6.5 or 7.0
Tales of Suspense #52 and #56 Value?
After sorting through a load of old books and items, I found 2 comic books which I own and would like to obtain a value for them.
They are:-
Tales Of Suspense #52 April 'The crimson dynamo strikes again!! and none but Iron Man can stop him'
Tales Of Suspense #56 August 'The power of Iron Man'
Both are in plastic wrappers are in a very good condition with no apparent damage.
Editor's reply: Thanks for taking the trouble to photograph your comics. It makes it far easier to appraise them for you.
Of the two, Tales Of Suspense #52 is in better shape. It's very clean and bright. To me it looks like a 7.0 (fine to very fine), which values it at around $300, or 200 Pounds. Click here to see actual market values for similar copies of this comic, sold on eBay.
Tales Of Suspense #56 is also very clean and bright, but unfortunately has a creased front cover, and the edges are in worse shape than #52. I would expect this to sell for around $50, or 35 Pounds. See completed eBay sales of this comic here.
For insurance, value the pair at 300 Pounds.
