X-Men Comic #100 Value?

How much is this copy of X-Men #100 worth on the open market? It has white pages.

Editor's reply: There's no doubt that X-Men Comics are among the most collected of all Marvel characters.

#94 is one of the keys, when the new X-Men team begins. However, #100 of most series are usually well-regarded. You'll see Amazing Spider-Man #100 and Fantastic Four #100 do better than #99, and the same is true of X-Men.

Click here to see some recent sales. You'd be better off having this comic graded. I can't see detail in the photos, but it looks to be high grade, possibly 9.4 or 9.6 even.

If that's the case, sold as is it would fetch maybe $200. Graded you would see $350 for 9.6.
